As a part of establishing the authentic Ayurveda among the people near the localities of western ghat regions , we have started the Arogya Ayurveda and Panchakarma Naturopathic treatment centre , culminating all the branches of ayurveda at the heart of Punalur the first of its kind in punalur.

In the very short period the hospital got appreciated by the local peoples and the name of the hospital got flourished to southern as well as northern states of India. HISTORY OF AYURVEDA

One of the oldest and traditional system of Health Care practiced in India, Ayurveda is a form of curative and preventative medicine. This system is believed to have come in existence more than 5000 years. This medication system is based on the principle of considering every individual as unique. This is the reason, the treatment of every individual for myriad health problems is also totally unique. This medicinal system has been instrumental in elevating humanity with it's age old therapeutic practices.

Ayurveda is based on the premise of understanding what is right for a person. This medicinal system also helps individuals to understand the types of aromas, colours, food, touch and sounds that are good for them and help in striking a balance between their mind and body. When there is a perfect harmony between mind and the body, it is easy to restore normal physiology ensuring proper healing taking place.
